Returns & Exchanges

At LANEWAY THE LABEL, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all garment tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
